اگر بخواهید، برنامه می‌تواند چند داده‌ی فنیِ کوچک بفرستد تا سرورها بهتر شوند. اختیاری است و پیش‌فرض خاموش است. بدون آن همه‌ی امکانات برنامه مثل قبل کار می‌کند. هر زمان بخواهید می‌توانید خاموشش کنید و داده‌هایتان را پاک کنید.

If you like, the app can send a few small technical details so servers can get better. It is optional and off by default. Everything in the app works the same without it. You can switch it off and delete your data at any time.

Connection quality

برای هر سرور: سرعت پاسخ، نوسان پینگ و افت بسته، موفق یا ناموفق بودن اتصال و دلیل کلی خطا، و نام کلیِ شرکت اینترنت شما (مثلاً همراه اول). این نام را برنامه وقتی VPN خاموش است از سرور Fastify می‌پرسد و همراه داده می‌فرستد.

For each server: response time, jitter and packet loss, whether connections succeeded or failed and the general reason, and the general name of your internet provider (for example MCI). The app asks the Fastify server for this name while the VPN is off and sends it with the data.

Basic app facts

نسخه‌ی برنامه، ویندوز یا اندروید و نسخه‌ی آن، زبان، حالت اتصال، و در اندروید گروه کلی سازنده‌ی گوشی (مثلاً سامسونگ)؛ بدون مدل دقیق و بدون شناسه‌ی دستگاه.

App version, Windows or Android and its version, language, connection mode and, on Android, the general phone maker group (for example Samsung); no exact model and no device id.

Game servers (Windows only, a few listed games)

برنامه روی همین دستگاه نام برنامه‌های در حال اجرا را با فهرستی از چند بازی مشخص (فعلاً WoW، CS2 و Dota 2) تطبیق می‌دهد. نام برنامه‌های دیگر فقط روی دستگاه بررسی می‌شود و هیچ‌جا ذخیره یا فرستاده نمی‌شود. فقط وقتی یکی از این بازی‌ها اجرا است، آدرس عمومی سرور بازی، پورت، نوع اتصال (TCP یا UDP) و دو عدد تقریبی برای تعداد و مدت اتصال فرستاده می‌شود. لانچرها، مرورگر داخل لانچر، دیسکورد و ضدتقلب ثبت نمی‌شوند.

The app matches the names of running programs on this device against a short list of games (for now WoW, CS2 and Dota 2). The names of other programs are only checked on the device and are never stored or sent. Only while one of these games is running is the game server's public address, port, connection type (TCP or UDP) and two rough numbers for how many connections and for how long sent. Launchers, a launcher's built-in browser, Discord and anti-cheat are not recorded.

Not sent or stored: your e-mail or name • the sites you visit and DNS queries • the list of installed programs • addresses of your home or work network • exact times

هنگام ارسال، سرور ناچار آدرس اتصال و حساب شما را می‌بیند؛ آن‌ها را کنار داده‌ها ذخیره نمی‌کند و برای این درخواست‌ها گزارش وب‌سرور نمی‌نویسد.

While data is sent, the server necessarily sees your connection address and account; it does not store them with the data and writes no web-server log for these requests.

داده‌ها با شناسه‌های تصادفیِ جدا و موقت ذخیره می‌شوند، نه با نام یا ایمیل شما، و حداکثر 60 روز می‌مانند.

Data is stored with separate temporary random ids, not with your name or e-mail, and is kept at most 60 days.

This data is collected by the operator of the Fastify VPN service. Privacy contact: (contact to be announced); the servers are operated in (country to be announced).

Collection happens only with your permission, separately for each part and for each install. It is off by default and nothing in the app is limited if you decline. A choice on one device does not affect another device.

What is collected: connection quality per server; basic app facts (version, operating system, language, connection mode); and, if you allow it and only on Windows, the public address, port and connection type of the servers of a few listed games.

چه چیزی ذخیره یا فرستاده نمی‌شود: سایت‌ها و نشانی‌های وب، نام دامنه‌ها، پرسش‌های DNS، فهرست برنامه‌های نصب‌شده، ایمیل و نام، شناسه‌ی دستگاه، ساعت دقیق. برنامه روی همین دستگاه نام برنامه‌های در حال اجرا را با فهرست چند بازی تطبیق می‌دهد؛ فقط بازی‌های همان فهرست ثبت می‌شوند و نام برنامه‌های دیگر هرگز دستگاه را ترک نمی‌کند.

What is not stored or sent: sites and web addresses, domain names, DNS queries, the list of installed programs, e-mail and name, device ids, exact times. The app matches the names of running programs against the short list of games on this device; only games on that list are recorded and the names of other programs never leave the device.

نحوه‌ی ذخیره: برای هر بخش یک شناسه‌ی تصادفیِ جداگانه که تقریباً هر ماه (در زمان‌های متفاوت برای هر نصب) عوض می‌شود. با داده‌ها حساب، ایمیل، آدرس اتصال یا ساعت دقیق ذخیره نمی‌شود. داده‌های خام در ذخیره‌گاهی جدا از پایگاه داده‌ی اصلی و خارج از نسخه‌های پشتیبان می‌مانند و بیش از 60 روز نگه داشته نمی‌شوند؛ بعد از آن فقط آمار جمع‌شده‌ی گروه‌های دست‌کم 5 نصب (تا ۴۰۰ روز) باقی می‌ماند. در دوره‌ی آزمایشی گروه‌ها کوچک‌اند و آزمایش‌کنندگان ممکن است قابل شناسایی باشند.

How it is stored: a separate random id for each part, which changes about monthly (at a different time for each install). No account, e-mail, connection address or exact time is stored with the data. Raw data stays in a store separate from the main database and outside backups, and is kept at most 60 days; after that only summary statistics of groups of at least 5 installs remain (up to 400 days). In the pilot the groups are small and testers may be identifiable.

نام شرکت اینترنت: برنامه آن را وقتی VPN خاموش است از سرور Fastify می‌پرسد؛ سرور برای تشخیص آن فقط بخش اولِ آدرس اتصال شما (سه عدد اول در IPv4) را به یک سرویس جست‌وجوی عمومی می‌دهد. داده‌ها فروخته نمی‌شوند، برای تبلیغات استفاده نمی‌شوند و به شخص ثالث داده نمی‌شوند؛ تنها استثنا همین جست‌وجوی نام شرکت اینترنت است.

Internet provider name: the app asks the Fastify server for it while the VPN is off; to work it out the server gives only the first part of your connection address (the first three numbers of an IPv4 address) to a public lookup service. Data is not sold, not used for advertising and not given to third parties; the only exception is this provider-name lookup.

What the server necessarily sees: while handling an upload the server sees your connection address and account for that request. We do not store them with the data and write no web-server log for these requests; but network equipment can see that the app connected to the server, and a compromised or coerced server could be changed to record more. We do not promise otherwise.

کنترل با شماست: هر بخش را هر زمان خاموش کنید، ببینید دقیقاً چه چیزی ارسال می‌شود (شناسه‌ها کوتاه نشان داده می‌شوند) و «خاموش کن و آنچه فرستاده‌ام را پاک کن» را بزنید. پاک‌کردن شناسه‌های همین نصب و شناسه‌های قبلی که هنوز در بازه‌ی نگه‌داری‌اند را درخواست می‌کند؛ اگر سرور در دسترس نباشد درخواست دوباره تلاش می‌شود و برنامه می‌گوید که هنوز انجام نشده. همراه این درخواست، شناسه‌های این بازه با حساب شما به سرور می‌رسد.

You are in control: switch any part off at any time, see exactly what is sent (ids are shown shortened) and press “Switch off and delete what I sent”. It asks the server to delete the rows of this install's ids and of earlier ids still inside the retention period; if the server cannot be reached the request is retried and the app says it is not done yet. With this request those ids reach the server together with your account.

حذف حساب: وقتی اپراتور حساب شما را حذف می‌کند، سابقه‌ی تصمیم شما و گزارش‌های کیفیت قدیمیِ وابسته به حساب هم پاک می‌شوند.

Account deletion: when the operator deletes your account, the record of your decision and any older account-linked quality reports are deleted too.
